  Lovely to find really great beer with no preservatives in it! Great place to visit and fun place to stay with really great accommodation and wildlife in abundance including the friendly ducks, kangaroos, birds plus the exciting star gazing experience! Great food and welcoming staff.

  Had a good lunch and sampled some of their beers. The restaurant is well laid out in pleasant surrounds. The staff were friendly and efficient. This micro brewery has 7 different beers on offer which can be purchased over the bar or samples can be purchased by the paddle, consisting of 4 samples of your choice. There is plenty to choose from off the lunch menu. We chose the Carnivore, for 2, which arrived just as we completed our sample paddle. Definitely enjoyed the meal washed down with a schooner of IPA - Indian Pale Ale.

  Recently had a function at Granite Belt Brewery. Main meal disappointing. Dessert was ok except for the burnt top. Paid $40 a head for dinner and dessert and not one person felt the standard of the food was worth it.

  My family discovered this wonderful restaurant, a warm and cozy tavern feel. They were very accomodating as we had very little time. I almost fell over when I saw the beer & food matching. I was in heaven and was pining for the experience. I loved it as I know how hard it is and these guys were spot on. The lamb and duck was good but the dessert. A black Guinness type beer with a lovely mousse. We then rushed out to see the fireworks at the Stanthorpe Snowflake Festival. After the fireworks my son said "The mousse was like firesworks in my brain". I wish we could of stayed longer. Hat tip
