  We were building a new home and chose MWF Plumbing from Stanthorpe to handle the plumbing and septic. They were quick to provide a quote and complete the compliance certificate to get the job started. That is where it ends. There was NO communication. There was one screw up after another including the septic popping out of the ground because they failed to put water in the septic tank and gas leak. And weeks of being told we will be back tomorrow and never showing up. Then couldn’t get the trenches dug because they couldn’t find an excavator to do the work. They have NO customer service.

  I've been dealing with MWF for about ten years now - from the contruction of my house, to the continued maintainence of the septic system. I've found these guys to be very responsive expecially when urgent matters arrise such as a fault with the septic system or runnig out of gas. As my place is a weekender I'm not always there however these guys have managed to deal with me remotely to ensure services to the house are well maintained. Thank you

  I would NEVER recommend MWF. Even the ladies in the office and the workers themselves know what a shambles the sons have made of the family owned business passed to them by their father.
