  Stanthorpe is such a lovely town its residents deserve better than this establishment. We visited this place at 5.30 as most places were closed. The food wasn't bad but it was the weirdest service I've ever experienced. I ordered two plain burgers for my sons but they covered the patties with sauce. When I explained they didn't want the sauce they said I would have to buy two more burgers. Then they said they were the last burgers so they couldn't fix it. We scraped off the sauce and thought we'd ask for a new bun for my younger son. When I did that they said they couldn't give me a bun because they didn't know how much to charge!! I said how bout a dollar? THankfully I had a dollar otherwise they were charging me $10 for a bun. Then they tried to tell me it was in the fridge. I said I really wanted the bun. I waited for another ten minutes or so for the bun. They also warned me that they would not do this again. Very strange. As if they'd really gone out of their way. All this because of their error. When the bun was finally toasted it was brought to my son not on a plate but in his hand. He then proceeded to also pick up a napkin off the floor and put it back in the napkin pile. If these guys are tight on money they really need to realize customer service and hygiene aren't the areas to scrimp on. So sad. I love supporting local business but this was just the most ridiculous meal I've had in a long time!! Be warned. I hope they listen to the customers and have great success in the future.
