    Maybe I'm just unlucky.. but like almost all Red Rooster stores, the wait was really long despite me being the only person there. Then they got the order wrong on top of that and the manager hag to come and sort it out since the cashier didn't know whay to do. Still.. the food is nice , just don't expect speedy or great service.

    Couldn't serve their counter or have one of the 3 staff members on break let someone know we were waiting for over 10 mins. Staff confirmed as potatoes swearing and having a party in main dining area.

    Meals becoming more expensive for less food. Rooster Rolls have nearly no chicken on them and Rippas had salad instead of lettuce, very bitter taste. Staff is generally friendly and fast, but the food leaves much to be desired. 50/50 chance of Orginal Cripsy Burger having burnt chicken. For 2 people to get a fast food meal is usually about $30 for mostly bread, I could get 3 pizzas for just about the same price and feed a family.

    Manager rude and needs to learn customer service. Should be totally ashamed. Needs to train her front end staff better.
